Literally speaking this was the most cruel with me. Though it should have been the most beautiful.
In the morning before starting, I spoke on phoen with the hiking team, who getting ready in a really good mood. I am very lucky to work together with these fantastic people everyday, who are my friends in first place and after that my business partners.
It is strange that the telephone call instead of motivation sank me very low. All day I tried to get over it, but I didn’t manage to. I hope, that afternoon when they reach the end of their hiking, they didn’t notice anything about this, I tried to be happy. Getting closer to the end the emotions come to the surface strongly fromme. Every little, impulse , which seems important can cause a rough and long emotional reaction. I can not describe it, you have to experience it, to know what I am speaking about.
Let me congratulate to the hikers here too, It feels very good, that you think about me, though finally you get rid of me for almost a month
The reason the day didn’t turn out the way it should have been was mainly due to the weather. It was completely unpredictable. It was pouring with rain five times and after a short time the sun began to shine, and it happened in a flash so after the third time I didn’t care about it and I soaked and I was cold instead. I was really rough, that the sun is shining there are no clouds anywhere, you take off the the rain protector from you backpack, you put your pullover on the top off the backpack, you go 200 meter and on the other side of the mountain everything is dark andit rains hard. It is not „bad” as well that the sun is shining on you and the it rains hard at the same time. So all day I was fighting with the elements and my soul. This day about this.
Today I passed the kilometre stone indicating the 100km. Since I have 3 days, the chance is increasing I will arrive in time.
Nothing else worth mentioning happened today. The beautiful, medieval historical villages disappeared, and were replaced by farms. I am sure I will have the smell of the beef dung in my nose for days…
Several requests came that I should tell exact details of my shell announcement of competition. So: the white shell, what was with me during my trip, will be given to the person, who fulfills the following two conditions:
1. Has the most personal PV in May in my network (important not only Hungary!)
2.Post a comment with her/his name and PV value on 1st June (only on this day!) in the DXN menu of my blog.
If we are the marketing topic, there is another thing. Here at the Camino the marketing activity is also increasing. On the forest paths accomodations are offered on billboards with photos on it, and flyers are sticked up on kilometre stones and at the entrance of the villages there are posters, with address and telephone number at the bottom, which can be teared off. But this was all nothing, it happened a couple of times, that personally people come to you (by bicycle, motor or car) and give you their flyer. Everything for the pilgrims…
