From today I had to increase the number of kilo meters per day. Unfortunately only 24 days are available for me to accomplish the Camino, though the travel guide divides the distance into 41 days.
On the first week I kept my self to the suggested daily „portion”, this was the period of acclimatisation. Yesterday evening I calculated, if I would like to reach Santiago Compostela in time (and I really want to), I have to cover at least 36 km every day from today.
The first day was favourable , since Azofra was onyl a little more than 36 km far, so I am not behind. 36 km is 36 km. My whole body felt it. Even though I have more stamina, I have to get used to this amount of km.
The path was wonderful again (sorry for the clichés) the other things the pictures will tell. Instead of composing seedy thoughts I am focusing inside more and more, but maybe this is one of the aims of this trip.
Some words about the local pilgrim accomodation. There are rooms with two beds (cabins). The place is really jazzed up by the cold water of the fountain in the garden, and it was really good to soak my leg after this day.
Kedves Laci! Ismét fantasztikusak a képek és a teljesítményed. Nagyon örülünk, hogy ezt is ilyen kitartóan végig tudod csinálni. Ez a mai nap számunkra is nagyon különleges volt, ugyanis sikerült – gyémántok lettünk!!!
